Astral Travel

I found a very interesting website that offers free video lessons on how to astral project.

The course is online but they also have a center in Montreal (Plateau) and both are for free :

I started studying their Astral Travel course since the last 5 weeks and this is very interesting, it seems 60% of the people attending this course succeed in their astral projection. Different techniques are exposed (visualisation and mantras based).

EMF balancing technique

At the moment, thanks to Conrad, I am receiving EMF balancing techniques sessions. It is a balancing technique for the aura, they work on various chakras around the body and each session lasts 1h-1h30. I like it, I feel the work being done.

For the moment I received the first 3, and I hope to receive the additional 5 ones in the near future.

Stone, my world is stone :)

I dreamt about it and there it is. I am buying so many crystals (I have more than 100 quartz and maybe as much other stones) that I didn't want to continue paying high fees by buying in Montreal shops. So now I buy directly at the source, the one who provides the crystals to the shops so it is usually half the price you would see everywhere else.

Reiki attunements in advance?

Yesterday I gave a Reiki 2 course to one of my Reiki 1 student and I would like to share something interesting about the attunement process...

Sometimes it happens that the "cleaning period", something that normally happens after the attunement starts before. It is as if when you decide to be attuned to Reiki, the universe is aware that you will do it in the future and already starts the work as both people (student and teacher) are committed to it. Or maybe it comes from my crystals as I use some of them during the attunements....Who knows...

So I frequently have the question, did you send me distant reiki or did you remotely attuned me to reiki ? As for now I don't do that, I prefer to start with a reiki session when the person is here with me. But it happened at least twice in the recent past for a Reiki 1 student, the day before. For my Reiki 2 student yesterday 4 hours before the real attunement process. She was on the phone with one of her student and she felt a wave of energy. This wave of energy made her very sad (emotional cleaning is common with Reiki 2) for no reason, she felt the emotion but didn't have the thoughts so she was very disturbed and thought about canceling her appointment with me. When I had her on the phone she was panicking but finally she came to my place and after a few minutes of Karuna Reiki she was feeling a lot better, more powerful.

So those things happen...
